11/07/2017 NFL Note - Cleveland Browns Gordon, Josh
WR Josh Gordon decided to come clean in an interview with the
magazine GQ. Gordon admitted in an interview that was published
Monday that he used drugs or alcohol before every NFL game he
played. "We would stay at the team hotel, and then players are
allowed to go back home, get what they need and then go to the
game," Gordon said. "So I'd leave the hotel early morning, go home,
eat breakfast, do my little ritual, whatever it may be, some weed,
some alcohol and then go to the game. And then, I'd definitely be
partying after every game, win or lose. Every game." Gordon, who
last played in a game on Dec. 21, 2014, has been conditionally
reinstated to the league after being suspended indefinitely since
September 2016 for multiple violations of the NFL-NFLPA Policy and
Program for Substances of Abuse.

NFL Note - New York Giants Jenkins, Janoris
CB Janoris Jenkins has been reinstated from his indefinite
suspension after serving a one-week ban for a violation of team
rules, the New York Giants announced Tuesday. Jenkins, who joined
fellow cornerback Dominque Rodgers-Cromartie in serving essentially
one-week suspensions this season, was punished after he did not
return from the team's bye week on time. Without the Pro Bowl
cornerback in the lineup on Sunday, the Giants (1-7) were gashed for
311 passing yards by Jared Goff and five plays over 30 yards in a
51-17 romp by the Los Angeles Rams. Jenkins, 29, recorded an
interception for a touchdown against the Denver Broncos on Oct. 15
and has 24 tackles in six games this season.

NFL Note - Green Bay Packers Bulaga, Bryan
RT Bryan Bulaga of the Green Bay Packers sustained a torn ACL in his
right knee during the fourth quarter of Monday's 30-17 loss to the
Detroit Lions, according to a report. The 28-year-old Bulaga has
also torn his ACL in his left knee, causing him to miss the 2013
season.

T Justin McCray entered Monday's game against Detroit to replace
injured Bryan Bulaga before sustaining an ankle injury.

NFL Note - Indianapolis Colts Mbu, Joey
T Joey Mbu was promoted from the practice squad to the 53-man
roster, the Colts announced Tuesday. Mbu recorded four tackles in
two career games with the Atlanta Falcons and Redskins before being
released by Washington on Sept. 2. He signed with the Colts two days
later.

NFL Note - Baltimore Ravens Johnson, Josh
QB Josh Johnson was signed by the Houston Texans on Tuesday.
Johnson, released by the New York Giants in September 2017, has not
thrown a pass in a game since 2011. During the 2011 season for the
Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Johnson was 19 of 36 for 246 yards, with a
touchdown and two interceptions in nine games.

NFL Note - Houston Texans McGloin, Matt
QB Matt McGloin was released by the Houston Texans on Tuesday.
McGloin, added last week after Deshaun Watson was injured, was
inactive on Sunday as Tom Savage started in the 20-14 loss to the
Indianapolis Colts.

NFL Note - Houston Texans Watson, *Deshaun
QB Deshaun Watson of the Houston Texans will undergo surgery to
repair a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee Wednesday
morning, multiple outlets reported. Watson sustained the injury
during a non-contact play in practice last Thursday. He will have
the procedure performed by Dr. Walter Lowe, the Texans' team doctor,
and is expected to make a full recovery within eight to nine months.

NFL Note - Tampa Bay Buccaneers Griffin, Ryan
QB Ryan Griffin was activated from injured reserve by the Tampa Bay
Buccaneers on Tuesday. Griffin was sidelined by an injury to his
passing shoulder.

NFL Note - San Francisco 49ers Exum, Antone
DB Antone Exum Jr. has signed a one-year deal with the San Francisco
49ers, the team announced Tuesday. Exum Jr. was originally drafted
by the Minnesota Vikings in the sixth round (182nd overall) of the
2014 NFL Draft. In three years with the Vikings (2014-16), he
appeared in 27 games (two starts) and registered 18 tackles, two
fumble recoveries and one forced fumble along with 13 tackles on
special teams. After spending the entire 2016 season on injured
reserve, he was waived by Minnesota on September 16.

NFL Note - San Francisco 49ers Gilliam, Garry
OL Garry Gilliam (knee) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday.
Gilliam who originally signed with the team as a free agent on April
19, appeared in each of the team's first eight games of the season,
including a start in Week 8 against the Philadelphia Eagles.

NFL Note - Indianapolis Colts Bray, Quan
WR Quan Bray was placed on injured reserve Tuesday with an
undisclosed injury. Bray had three receptions for 39 yards in nine
games this season with the Colts before being shut down due to an
undisclosed injury. The 24-year-old has six catches for 75 yards,
one carry for seven yards and 45 punt returns for 314 yards in 24
career contests -- all with Indianapolis. Bray was originally signed
by the Colts in May 2015 as an undrafted free agent out of Auburn.

NFL Note - Pittsburgh Steelers Smith-Schuster, *JuJu
WR JuJu Smith-Schuster's mode of transportation has been talked
about as much as his considerable ability on the field during his
rookie season with the Pittsburgh Steelers. On Tuesday,
Smith-Schuster revealed on Twitter that he is now a certified driver
in Pennsylvania. Teammates Alejandro Villanueva and Le'Veon Bell
have helped teach the 20-year-old Smith-Schuster how to navigate his
way on the streets behind the wheel of a car. Smith-Schuster
famously claimed his bike was stolen two weeks ago before Mount
Oliver (Pa.) Police retrieved it from someone who purchased it for
$200. Smith-Schuster has 24 receptions for 424 yards and four
touchdowns in eight games this season. He earned AFC Offensive
Player of the Week honors on Nov. 1, two days removed from a
seven-catch, 193-yard performance in Pittsburgh's 20-15 win over the
Detroit Lions.

NFL Note - Denver Broncos Jones, Joseph
LB Joseph Jones was signed by the Denver Broncos to their 53-man
roster from the Seattle Seahawks' practice squad. Jones has been on
the practice squads of the Los Angeles Chargers and Seahawks after
spending the preseason with the Dallas Cowboys, who signed him as an
undrafted free agent in May.

NFL Note - Denver Broncos Snyder, Kevin
LB Kevin Snyder was waived by the Denver Broncos, the team
announced. Snyder first joined the Broncos' practice squad in
December 2016. He was waived in September but re-signed in late
October. Snyder was active for the Broncos' last two games.

NFL Note - Tampa Bay Buccaneers Evans, Mike
WR Mike Evans' one-game suspension for his blindside hit on New
Orleans cornerback Marshon Lattimore has been upheld by appeals
officer James Thrash.Evans drilled Lattimore during Sunday's game
after the cornerback had turned to confront Jameis Winston following
a push from the Tampa Bay quarterback. Evans' actions set off a wild
skirmish, resulting in a 15-yard penalty for the wideout rather than
an ejection. On Monday, Evans was suspended for one game by the NFL,
and he appealed. He will sit out for the Buccaneers (2-6) in this
Sunday's home game against the New York Jets (4-5) and will be
eligible to return to the team's active roster on Nov. 13.
