Training offered for Personal Assistants to individuals with disabilities

[November 15, 2017] The Springfield Center for Independent Living will be offering training on Friday, November 17th at the Oasis Senior Center in Lincoln.

The training is designed for individuals who are interested in becoming personal assistants to individuals with disabilities still living in their own homes.

The training will be conducted from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Once completed, participants will be placed on a referral list with SCIL, and may be able to find employment through this training.
