Obituary
Richard L. Treatch, 83, passed away
at 12:51 a.m. at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital
on November 7, 2017.
Richard was born on October 2, 1934 in Grand Forks,
North Dakota; son of George and Helen Evelyn Olson
Treatch. He married Betty Ann Gordon on May 19, 1954
in Lincoln. She preceded him in death, he then
married Nancy E. Curry on May 22, 1993 in Cambria
CA.
Surviving Richard are his children: Richard B.
(Phyllis) Treatch of Fresno, CA, Charles E. (Rhonda)
Treatch of Palos Verdes Estates, CA ,Marci (Douglas)
Haas of Clovis, CA, and Lori (James) Erickson of
Madera, CA; step children: Gregory (Lisa) Curry of
Lincoln, William Jeffrey (Jackie) Curry of Lincoln,
Robert Curry of Lincoln, and Janet Sue (Roger) Alsup
of Lincoln, one nephew Willie; many grandchildren
and great grandchildren. |
Richard was a devoted Chicago Cubs
fan.
A memorial service for Richard will be held at 2:00
p.m. Saturday November 18, 2017 at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln with
Ron Otto officiating. There will be no visitation.
Memorials may be given in Richard’s name to the
Prostate Cancer Research Foundation.
