NFL Note - San Francisco 49ers Colbert, Adrian
S Adrian Colbert underwent surgery on his broken thumb Tuesday with
hopes the bye week will help keep him from missing any action.
Colbert reported after Sunday's game that the injury actually
occurred in the first quarter and he was able to play through the
pain the rest of the afternoon.

NFL Note - San Francisco 49ers Beathard, C.J.
QB C.J. Beathard entered the bye week having already set a 49ers
record for passing attempts (186) and completions (101) for a
rookie. In both cases, he broke the record of Tom Owen in 1974 (184
attempts, 86 completions).

NFL Note - Washington Redskins Ioannidis, Matt
DE Matt Ioannidis (broken hand) was limited a practice on Wednesday,
but could play as soon as Sunday's game against New Orleans.

NFL Note - Washington Redskins Hall, DeAngelo
S DeAngelo Hall (bone bruise, knee) was limited at practice on
Wednesday.

NFL Note - San Francisco 49ers Kittle, George
TE George Kittle (sprained ankle) likely will return to practice
after the 49ers take a break during their bye week. Kittle sat out
the Week 10 win over the New York Giants.

NFL Note - San Francisco 49ers Hunt, Cameron
G Cameron Hunt was signed to the 49ers' practice squad on Tuesday.
The undrafted rookie out of Oregon attended training camp with the
Denver Broncos.

NFL Note - San Francisco 49ers Thomas, Solomon
DL Solomon Thomas (sprained knee) likely will return to practice in
the week leading up to the 49ers' next game in Week 12 against
Seattle. Thomas has missed the last two games.

NFL Note - San Francisco 49ers Lynch, Aaron
DE Aaron Lynch (strained calf) hopes to return to practice following
the 49ers' bye week. He suffered the injury in Week 6 against the
Washington Redskins.

NFL Note - Detroit Lions Lang, T.J.
G T.J. Lang is expected back in the lineup Sunday after missing last
week's win over the Browns with a concussion. Lang cancelled his
weekly appearance on the Detroit radio station 97.1 FM on Tuesday
because he still was in concussion protocol, but he was a full
participant in a padded practice Wednesday. Corey Robinson, fresh
off injured reserve, started in Lang's place last week.

NFL Note - Detroit Lions Edebali, Kasim
LB Kasim Edebali was awarded to the Lions off waivers on Wednesday.
Edebali played eight games with the Denver Broncos this year and had
one tackle.

NFL Note - Detroit Lions Ansah, Ezekiel
DE Ziggy Ansah missed his fourth straight practice Wednesday with a
back injury, leaving his status for Sunday's game against the Bears
in doubt. Ansah has been slowed by a knee injury most of the season,
but he sat out the Browns game with back problems.

LB Jalen Reeves-Maybin (ankle) returned to practice Wednesday after
missing the Browns game
