On Monday evening the
Lincoln Area Ministerial Association hosted a Community Thanksgiving
Service at Lincoln Christian University's Restoration Hall.
Dr. Don Green of LCU welcomed all the guests along with the various
pastors of the association.
The event included participation by local pastors who led guests
through prayer, scripture reading and song.
The main speaker this year was Pastor Chris Cantrell. Pastor
Cantrell is the new pastor at Life Pointe Chruch of God in Lincoln.
The event was heartwarming, spiritual and offered a wonderful
prelude to Thanksgiving.
