Whatever your theatrical background, come out and play and if you
just want to help backstage, that’s great, too,” said Doug Rosson, lead faculty
for the Lincoln College Theatre department.
Lombardi, is based on the book When Pride Still Mattered: A Life
of Vince Lombardi by Pulitzer Prize-winning author David Maraniss. The play
follows Green Bay Packers coach Vince Lombardi through a week in the 1965 NFL
season as he attempts to lead his team to the championship. Lombardi premiered
on Broadway in 2010.
