He missed the remainder of training camp and the preseason while also being sidelined for the first four games of the season. "(He's) going to have to knock some rust off just like (cornerback) Vontae (Davis)," the Colts coach said Wednesday. "There's going to be some moments, I guarantee you."

WR Jamison Crowder was targeted just one time by quarterback Kirk Cousins in Monday's 29-20 loss to Kansas City.

That's the fewest in a game for Crowder since his rookie year in 2015 and it's only happened to him four previous times. Crowder has 14 catches through four games.

OL Jordan Devey took his place along the offensive line Monday, but Reid said he continues considering his options for this Sunday night's game against the Houston Texans.

"I'm going to continue to get treatment," Montgomery said. "We're going to talk about a plan as far as what type of protection I can wear. Obviously, there are rib cages and flak jackets.
