Meals
will be available for sale as an Eat in or there will be a carry out
option.
The St.
Louis Style Rib will be slow smoked with sweet BBQ sauce, carefully
prepared by a Kansas City Barbecue Society competitor.
The
dinner will consist of Rib, Cole Slaw, Baked Beans, and Applesauce.
Ribs
will also be sold alone in full rack or half rack portions.
Serving
will run from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday evening at the Knights of
Columbus Hall, 217 North Limit Street, Lincoln.
