LINCOLN
As part
of efforts to help sustain and grow local businesses, the Logan
County Economic Development Partnership announces the availability
“Startup Travel Grants”. The grants are provided by the Greater
Peoria Area Economic Development Council [GPEDC] of which Logan
County is a member.
Startup Travel Grants are for firms that need to travel in order to
take the next step in growing their business. The goal is to fund
trips that will help entrepreneurs and startup companies meet with
potential investors, suppliers, and customers. Companies can also
flip the Travel Grant on its head and apply to bring someone to
Logan County for a visit. The choice is up to each individual
business - whichever method helps it focus on business development
opportunities.
