Truly {Bakery} and Roasted by Ethan offered their baked goods and
coffee specialties with a steady flow of customers stopping by
midmorning. Nicole Cox bakes specialty cupcakes and cookies with
attention to details, and she makes a to-die-for flourless dark
chocolate torte topped with a dollop of butter cream. Ethan Hoinacki
is keeping his amazing fresh roasted beans available for take home
brew and offers brew by the cup to help you decide which brew is
right for you.
