"The technical implementation of payment is ongoing. Everything
is going according to plan," she said, declining to provide
details.
The government agreed in mid-August to provide a 150 million
euro ($179 million) loan to ensure that Air Berlin flights
continue for a period of three months and to return
holidaymakers to Germany and secure thousands of jobs.
