trip to the historic village of Kimmswick, Missouri on Saturday,
December 2. The bus will leave from the Mount Pulaski Courthouse

The historic village of Kimmswick and surrounding
area on the Mississippi has a population of about 200 people. During
many festivals, crowds of thousands descend on the community for
such events as Witches' Night Out, Strawberry Festival, Apple Butter
Festival and Christmas Festival and Cookie Walk.

During the Christmas Festival the town will be beautifully
decorated. There are 33 little homes that have shops and seven
restaurants. Meals are not included in the price of the ticket but
			snacks will be provided.

There will be no meal stop on the way to Kimmswick
or on the return trip home. The bus is expected to return to Mount
Pulaski at 7:00 p.m., plenty of time to enjoy a nice dinner at one
			of the local restaurants.
While in Kimmswick, guests may choose to take the
"Cookie Walk." Each business will offer a small bag of homemade
cookies that may be collected when entering the shop, along with a
cookbook, featuring recipes of all the cookies being distributed.
