The Illinois Department of Human Rights
(IDHR) is launching a new website, featuring a more modern and
user-friendly design.
IDHR Director Janice Glenn says the new website offers the same
valuable tools as before, but now, users will be able to access
popular services more easily and get access to information about the
sexual harassment hotline.
"I encourage everyone to visit the new IDHR website,” Glenn said.
“The new layout allows for quick access to any information you may
need - such as filing a charge, understanding the charge process,
and get details about the latest news and happenings at the agency.
Our staffs at the IDHR and DoIt worked hard to rollout this new
design and I’m proud of the product they have built.”
The website is a resource for Illinois citizens who need information
on discrimination, harassment and the charge process.

It will aid in carrying out IDHRs mission to protect individuals from unlawful
discrimination and promote equal opportunity and affirmative action.
The sites design efforts focused on aesthetics, simplifying content, and
increasing the visibility of the resources IDHR offers and allows for
streamlined menus, clear navigation, and a responsive layout for all platforms.
The site can be accessed at

The completion of this project would not have been possible without the support
and aid of The Illinois Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT).
