Obituary
Jeanne Dovel, 76, of Bloomington,
passed away on April 4, 2018, at 11:25 p.m. at OSF
St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington.
A time of visitation with her family will be held at
Quiram Peasley Funeral Home in Atlanta on Sunday,
April 8, 2018, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, April 9,
2018, at 11:00 a.m. at Quiram-Peasley Funeral Home
in Atlanta. Mr. Maurice Stribling will officiate.
Cremation Rites have been accorded.
Burial will be at Mountjoy Cemetery in rural
Atlanta.
Jeanne Crump was born September 21, 1941, in
Jacksonville, the daughter of Virgil R. and
Annabelle Chapman Crump. She married Marvin Dovel
Nov. 23, 1961. He survives. |
Jeanne is also survived by their
children: Deborah L. Dovel of Bloomington, Mark
(Brenda) Dovel of Atlanta, and Melissa (Curt)
Bickley of Washington state; nine grandchildren;
five great-grandchildren; three brothers; and one
sister.
She was preceded in death by two sisters and two
grandsons: Adam Dovel and Bryan Wright.
Memorials may be made to the American Lung
Association or American Heart Association.
Final arrangements are entrusted with Quiram-Peasley
Funeral Home of Atlanta.
