Chili Cook off fundraiser to be held at Jefferson Street Church April 20th
Fundraiser being planned by LCU student for Business class with proceeds going to Woven Together

• All proceeds go to Woven Together

All ages are welcome at this Chili Cook off Fundraiser. On Friday, April 20, beginning at 3 p.m. at Jefferson Street Christian Church, there will be a Chili Competition. This event will raise money for Woven Together, an organization that guides and supports families in the adoption and foster care systems.

"As a business major at Lincoln Christian University, I’m ending my junior year with a large project, a fundraiser," said Lincoln Christian University student Carissa Davis. 

"We will have plenty of space for people to mingle and eat as much chili as they would like. Drinks and food are provided; I only ask that you try to donate to our cause.

"As someone with friends and family who have been through adoption and foster care, I cannot stress more the importance of organizations like this one," Davis said.
