Obituary
Chad J. Polen, 42, of Atlanta, passed
away at 7:49 p.m. on Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at
Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.
A time of visitation will be held on Monday, April
16, 2018, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at
Quiram-Peasley Funeral Home in Atlanta.
Graveside services for Mr. Polen will be held at
Funks Grove Cemetery on Wednesday, April 18, 2018,
at 10:00 a.m. Mr. Tony Billingsley will officiate.
Chad Jeremy Polen was born September 10, 1975, in
Clinton, the son of Harry D. and Sharon L. Van
Hoosier Polen. They survive.
Chad is also survived by his brothers: Rob Polen,
Scott Polen, and Steve (Merlin) Polen. |
He was preceded in death by one
brother: James M. Polen.
Chad was employed at Krogers in Normal. He was an
avid Cardinals fan and loved to fish.
Memorials may be made in support of autism programs.
