LC Track Coach Brian Herron said, “This was a better meet for us as
a whole. We are finally starting to find our rhythm after our first
two meets were cancelled because of weather. A lot about track
is about timing and repetition and we are just now getting into that
phase of the season. We had several personal records at this meet
and today was still a cold day. This should really set us up for
some better performances as we move into the later part of our
season.”
The Lynx will compete next this coming Friday at the True Blue
Twilight meet hosted by Illinois College. The meet will start at 3
pm.
