[July 31, 2018]  MACKINAW —  Kim K. Jensen, 63, of Mackinaw, passed away Thurs., July 19, 2018 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

Visitation:  Friday, July 27 from 4 to 7 p.m. and also from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., prior to the service on Saturday at the Morton Christian Church

Service:  11 a.m., Saturday, July 28, 2018, at the church

Obituary

Kim K. Jensen, 63, of Mackinaw, passed away Thurs., July 19, 2018 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

Kim was born Feb. 14, 1955, in Litchfield, to Lonny and Shirley (Schuckardt) Cloyd. She married Jeffrey C. Jensen on Nov. 3, 1974 in Raymond.

Surviving are her husband, Jeff of Mackinaw; one son, Chad (Brittne) Jensen of Hartford, WI, one daughter, Brenna (Dakin) Dalpoas of Lincoln, and three grandchildren, Dabria, Dyson, and Dempsey Dalpoas. She is also survived by one sister, Kelly (Ron) Cloyd Gulley of Hanna City, one brother, Brad Cloyd of Litchfield, and one step-brother, David (Crystal) Cloyd of New Orleans, LA.

She was preceded by both parents.

In 2012, Kim started her own business in real estate appraisal, owning and operating KCJ Appraisals in Mackinaw.

She enjoyed horseback riding and had a passion for sewing. Kim especially found great joy in spending time with her grandchildren, and her dog Jersey.

Kim was a member of Morton Christian Church where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 28, 2018, with Pastor Larry Timm officiating. Visitation will also be held at the church on Friday, July 27 from 4 to 7 p.m. and also from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., prior to the service on Saturday.

Funeral Director

Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Lincoln.

Memorials may be made to Morton Christian Church.

Knapp-Johnson Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Morton is handling service arrangements.
