[July 31, 2018]  LINCOLN - Brian D. Diamond, 57, of Lincoln passed away on Friday, July 27, 2018 at the Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital Emergency Room.

Visitation:   Monday, July 30, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Peasley Funeral Home in Lincoln

Service:   11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home

Obituary

Brian D. Diamond, 57, of Lincoln, passed away on Friday, July 27, 2018 at the Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital Emergency Room.

A Memorial Service for Brian will be held on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Peasley Funeral Home in Lincoln with Mr. Maurice Stribling officiating.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 30, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Peasley Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.

Brian David Diamond was born November 12,1960, in Lincoln, the son of Allen and Kathy Mitchell Buehler. He was united in marriage to Kathy Fry on February 17, 1983. She survives.

Also surviving are three sons: Jason Harlow, Nathan Diamond, and Kristopher Redding; his mother, Kathy (Gary) Liesman; one sister, Dana Diamond; one brother. Allen Liesman; and four grandchildren: Olivia Diamond, Hunter Diamond, Logan Diamond, and Adeliade Redding.

Brian graduated from Lincoln Community High School in 1978. He then joined the United States Navy. He had been employed at Bunn capital City Paper and Cross Farms in Hartsburg.

Memorials may be made to his family.

Final arrangements are entrusted with Peasley Funeral Home.
