Norman Lee Fulmer, 63, of Lincoln, passed away on Saturday, July 28,
2018 at 9:45 a.m. at HSHS St. John's Hospital in Springfield. |

Thursday, August 2, 2018, 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at
the Quiram-Peasley Funeral Home

Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home

Obituary
Norman Lee Fulmer, 63, of Lincoln,
passed away on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at 9:45 a.m.
at HSHS St. John's Hospital in Springfield.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, August 2,
2018, at 1:30 p.m. at the Quiram-Peasley Funeral
Home in Atlanta with Mr. Maurice Stribling
officiating. Burial will be in Bluegrass Cemetery in
rural Atlanta.
Visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m. until time
of the service on Thursday.
Norman Lee Fulmer was born on December 20, 1954, in
Pittsfield, Ill., the son of Norman Harvey and
Pauline E. Hill Fulmer.
He is survived by his mother and step-father:
Pauline (John) Kelly; two sons: Norman Lee Fulmer,
II and Robert De Ruby, both of New York; and one
brother: Ricky D. Fulmer of Aurora, Col.

He was preceded in death by his father.
Norman served in the United States Army, worked as a forklift
operator and enjoyed fishing.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
Final arrangements are entrusted with Quiram-Peasley Funeral Home of
Atlanta.
