The deal is worth $7.8 million, according to
published reports.
Kase, 22, established career highs of 20 goals, 18 assists and
38 points last season. He recorded five game-winning tallies.
"Ondrej is a skilled player that has a bright future in this
league," Ducks general manager Bob Murray said in a news
release. "He can skate and score and will continue to improve as
a player as he gains more experience."
Kase had 53 points (25 goals, 28 assists) in 119 NHL games.
The Czech Republic native was a seventh-round pick in 2013.
