Heartland Community College to begin fall semester at new Lincoln facility

[August 17, 2018]  LINCOLN - Heartland Lincoln Center will start the first fall class schedule since moving to the new, expanded location on Woodlawn Road.

Lincoln Center offers a wide variety of general education classes and some unique electives like Horticulture. Registration is still open for credit courses that begin the week of August 20.

The expanded facilities at Heartland Lincoln Center will boost a number or fields of study, including agriculture programs. AGRI 120, Introduction to Horticulture, will be the first in a new sequence of Agriculture classes offered locally to the Logan County community.

Courses offered at Lincoln during the Fall Semester include:

Introduction to Horticulture
Introduction to Oral Communication
Critical Reading and Writing
Multimodal Composition
Life Success
Introduction to the Humanities
Prealgebra
Elementary Algebra
Intermediate Algebra
Introduction to Psychology
Religion in American Society
Sociology
