Lincoln Railers 2018 Volleyball season underway

[August 21, 2018]    The Lincoln Railers Volleyball Team opened the 2018 season Monday night at Springfield Sacred Heart Griffin.

The Freshman lost 25-8 and 25-21.

The JV lost 25-10 and 25-10.

The Varsity lost 25-11 and 26-24.

In Varsity action, Brooke Kitner had 3 kills. Abi Steffens and Leah Schneider added 2 kills each for the Varsity.

"The first game jitters are gone and we are ready for Champaign Centennial on Thursday at home," said first year Varsity Coach Danielle Hauch.

The Freshman Team is coached by Shannon Radcliffe.

The JV team is coached by Emilee Monken.
