			GiGi’s Playhouse-Central Illinois to 
			hold Zumbathon Fundraiser

			GiGi’s 
			Playhouse-Central Illinois will hold a Zumbathon Fundraiser on 
			Saturday, August 25, 2018 at Emden Community House (304 S. Lincoln 
			Street Emden, IL 62635).  |

			 On-site registration and check in will begin at 
			1:45 pm and the Zumbathon will begin at 2:00 pm. There will be a 50 
			minute Zumba session, followed by a break for the silent auction 
			raffle, followed by another 50 minute Zumba session. Zumba sessions 
			will be led by Bethany Rademaker & Janell Woolard. All proceeds from 
			the event will go back to the Playhouse and directly fund the 
			therapeutic based programs that are offered to participants and 
			their families FREE of charge. 
			
			 
			GiGi’s Playhouse is a network of Down Syndrome Achievement Centers 
			that offer therapeutic and educational based programs at no cost to 
			individuals with Down syndrome and their families. The first GiGi’s 
			Playhouse was founded in Hoffman Estates by Nancy Gianni and there 
			are now 37 locations nationwide, with one location in Mexico. GiGi’s 
			Playhouse-Central Illinois is GiGi’s first ever Pop-Up location.

The Central Illinois Playhouse rotates between several 
communities monthly, in Central Illinois, to offer the programs to a wider group 
of participants and families. Currently, Central Illinois services just under 50 
families in the Lincoln, Springfield and Peoria areas.
 GiGi’s Playhouse-Central Illinois is currently looking for event sponsors. Event 
sponsorship includes tickets to the event, as well as additional promotion for 
the business/organization/family, based on the sponsorship level chosen. To
