Fitz-a-Palooza returns to Lincoln September 7th & 8th

[August 28, 2018]   LINCOLN - Mark your calendars and plan to join in on two days of good friends, fun, and raising money for Colorectal Cancer research and treatment September 7th and 8th at Fitz-a-Palooza.

The event is hosted by the Fitzpatrick family in memory of Joe Fitzpatrick and in honor of Joni Marten. While the event honors Joe and Joni it also helps all those affected by colorectal cancer in Logan County with 100-percent of the proceeds going to the Colorectal Cancer Alliance, leaders in supporting those affected by colorectal cancer, creating awareness about early detection and funding research.

The event will kick off with a golf outing on Friday, September 7th at the Elks Golf Club in Lincoln with a 1 p.m. shotgun start.

On Saturday, a 5K walk, lunch and bags tournament will be held at the Lincoln Knights of Columbus, starting with the walk at 10 a.m.
