LJHS Wrestlers open winter season 1-1

[December 07, 2018]    Lincoln Junior High Trojans wrestling team opened the season Thursday with a 78-18 victory over Beardstown before dropping a close match to Rochester 53-48 to start with an 1-1 record.

Finishing the night with a 2-0 record was 75lb Miley Sampson, 105lb Cobie Glenn, 112lb Isaac Decker, 135lb Dawson McConnell, 185lb Niccolan Sundeen and 215lb Ashton Koontz.

Finishing with a 1-1 record were 65lb Cameron Robertson, 70lb Randy Poe, 85lb Emma Servello, 90lb Jacob Lawrence, 135lb Payton Bunner, 145lb Wyatt Manned, 167lb Tristyn Barger and HWT Ryan Odonoghue.

The Trojans will travel to Dee-Mack on Monday to face Dee-Make and Evans.
