Rita Wells Named 2018 ALMH Employee of the Year

[December 11, 2018]  ALMH payroll specialist Rita Wells of Lincoln, Illinois has been named the 2018 Employee of the Year at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital in Lincoln. ALMH president and CEO Dolan Dalpoas presented the award to Wells at the ALMH Holiday and Award Celebration on December 7, 2018 held at the Knights of Columbus in Lincoln. Wells was selected by her peers from the 2018 employees of the month to receive the honor.

Wells was nominated by an anonymous co-worker for the honor who stated, “Rita is always helpful with payroll questions; when issues arise, she goes out of her way to problem solve until a proper resolution has been achieved. She displays a positive and professional attitude when serving others.”

Wells enjoys her position at ALMH for several reasons. “I enjoy the interaction I have with the employees. I work with different departments and am able to get to know a lot of people,” said Wells.
