Scholastic Bowl February 17th at LCHS

LINCOLN
The
Illinois Masonic Academic Bowl will take place on Saturday, February
17, 2018 at 30 locations throughout the state.
Lincoln Community High School is hosting a sectional tourney with
twelve area high schools competing. The LCHS scholastic bowl team is
sponsored by Lincoln Masonic Lodge #210.
The Illinois Masonic Academic Bowl is an academic knowledge
competition between Illinois high school scholastic bowl teams.

This is an annual tournament sponsored by the Masons
of Illinois and is coordinated through the Grand Lodge of Ancient
Free and Accepted Masons of the State of Illinois. The goal is to
provide positive recognition for academic excellence.
The academic bowl begins at 8:30 a.m. and runs into the afternoon.
The
public is invited to come out and watch these intelligent high
school students compete.
