Legion Baseball to host Trivia Night Fundraiser

LINCOLN

The Lincoln American Legion Baseball team will be holding a Baseball Trivia Fundraiser on January 21st from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Lincoln American Legion Post 263.

Trivia teams must have no more than six players, and pay a team entry fee to participate.

Details:

Each table of participants will have a six-person limit. Table registration will be paid prior to play.

No cell phones or other outside sources may be used to answer questions.

There will be ten categories of questions coming from mainly local and MLB regional baseball.

Snacks and sandwiches will be provided, and the bar will be open and provided by the Legion. Water, tea, and coffee will be provided.

Prizes will be first place - $400 in gift certificates, second place - $250 in gift certificates, and third place - $100 in gift certificates.

There will be a maximum of 40 tables, and these tables can be reserved through a Legion baseball player, coach, or baseball administrator. Please call 217-737-4228, if necessary.

Proceeds will benefit the local Legion Baseball Team in the 2018 season.
