Lady Railers basketball gets the sweep at Effingham

[January 25, 2018]    The Lincoln Lady Railers basketball team improved their Varsity record to 17-7 on the season Tuesday night by surviving a close call with Effingham. Lincoln edged out the Flaming Hearts 42-41 as Leah Schneider led all scorers with 19 points. Kaelyn Froebe tossed in 13 points for Lincoln.

The Lincoln JV team also won 37-32 over Effingham and improved their record to 9-3 on the season. The JV team was led in scoring by Madelyn Koehler with 12 points and Jennifer Porlas contributed 10 points.
