Obituary
Brian J. Maas, 48, of Lincoln passed
away on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Memorial Medical
Center in Springfield.
Funeral Services for Brian will be held on Tuesday,
June 26, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Peasley Funeral
Home.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until time
of the service.
Burial will be in Zion Cemetery.
Brian J. Maas was born on May 8, 1970 in Lincoln the
son of Gary and Brenda Walraven Maas. He was united
in marriage to Chrystal Hickey on July 17, 1999.
He is survived by his Mother: Brenda Maas of
Lincoln, two sons: Blake Maas and Marty Maas both of
Lincoln. One-sister-law: Regina Maas of Elkhart. |
He was preceded in death by his Father, Brother Eric
Maas and infant brother.
Brian graduated from Lincoln Community High School in 1988 and then
from Southern Illinois University.
He was self employed as a Welding Instructor and Inspector.
His hobbies were playing games on computers and being a Cubs fan.
Memorials may be made to an education fund being established for his
sons or Lyphoma Research Foundation.
