Trump nominates Hale to be under secretary of state for political affairs

[July 11, 2018]    WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Donald Trump on Tuesday nominated David Hale, currently the U.S. ambassador to Pakistan, to be under secretary of state for political affairs, the White House said.
