The Housing Preservation Grants
program provides grants to sponsoring organizations for the
repair or rehabilitation of housing occupied by low and very low
income people.
Most State and local governmental entities and nonprofit
organizations are eligible to apply. Individual homeowners are
not eligible for this grant.

The maximum amount that can be requested is $101,288. Applications are due by 5
pm August 9th at the State Office in Champaign.
