Broadwell track hosting USAC
National Quarter Midgets this weekend

The USAC National .25 will be held this
weekend at the track in Broadwell. More than 200 cars from all over
the nation are expected to compete in this large USAC event. The
event will be hosted locally by the Abe Lincoln Quarter Midget
Association.
On Wednesday the 25th and Thursday the 26th, optional priority
trailer parking will be permitted. To make arrangements for trailer
parking, please contact David Carl with the ALQMA at 217-320-4073 to
coordinate the time.
On Friday, July 27th from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. will be the
remainder of the Priority and General parking.
Registration will run from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

At 10 a.m. will be the driver/handler meeting.
At 11 a.m. will be controlled practice consisting of one round, two minutes. The
clock will stop for the first yellow.
Opening ceremonies will follow controlled practice then racing will begin.
On-track racing will wrap up the first day at 8 p.m.
On Saturday the drivers/handler meeting will be at 8:30 a.m. with heat races
starting at 9 a.m. and going right into lower mains following the heats.
Racing for the day will conclude at 8 p.m.
Sunday the A-Mains will start at 8:30 a.m. and run until completed.
