John Welsh Memorial Quzo Open donates proceeds to Moms Who Care

LINCOLN 

On June 9, 2018, the sixth annual John Welsh Memorial Ouzo Open golf outing was hosted at the Lincoln Elks #914 in Lincoln, Illinois.

Thanks to the generous support of sponsors and participants, all proceeds from that event were donated to Moms Who Care of Lincoln in memory of John Welsh.

Moms Who Care is a local organization that helps Lincoln Community High School students achieve success through the provision of essential items including hygiene products, school supplies, and snacks during the school year.

In the attached photo, members of the Ouzo Open Committee presented a check in the amount of $2,804.12 to Moms Who Care of Lincoln.
