Illinois grain prices in country elevators

[March 08, 2018]  SPRINGFIELD — This is Thursday's report of the grain prices and trends prepared by the USDA and the Illinois Department of Agriculture.

In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn bids were up 6 to 7 cents. Soybean bids were down 1 to 3 cents.

In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn bids were up 6 cents. Soybeans were down a penny.

In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were up 8 to 9 cents. Soybeans were mostly a penny lower.
