accepting online applications for 2019 grants

LINCOLN
- The United Way of Logan County is committed to investing in local
programs producing measurable results. Our goal is to strengthen our
community by bringing Logan County together - businesses,
non-profits, individuals and families!

In order to apply for United Way funding in Logan
County for 2019, and become a United Way Partner, an agency or
program must be a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization.
Prior to completing the application process, please be sure to
download, read and sign the annual agreement for 2019. Completing
the Anti-Terrorism Compliance and Charitable Status Form is also
required. After signing, please return to the United Way of Logan
County via email at uwlogail@comcast.net or by mailing to or
dropping by our office at 120 S. McLean in Lincoln, Illinois.
For the first time this year, you may apply online using our new
form. In order to do this you must first create an account. Please
create your account by clicking on login at the bottom of this page
(under Get Involved) and following the instructions to create an
account. If you cannot fill the form in all at one sitting, this
allows you to safe your form and go back and edit before submitting
it for final approval.
If you would prefer a hard copy of the form for application, or if
you have any questions during this process, please contact Patti

Helpful hints: As you are filling out the
application, remember that we are looking for local impact. Please
make sure that information provided includes the impact on Logan
County. Also, please ensure that data is as recent as possible, 2017
data if available.

WE LOVE PHOTOS of the work that your agencies are doing. If you
are able to provide photos please do so in Photo formats - JPEG or PNG as
opposed to PDF (Adobe) files. Also, please indicate if it is okay to publish
them in conjunction with United Way posts on our website, in social media or
other advertising venues. Success Stories are also ALWAYS appreciated. The
United Way wants to help get the word out about your agency's work and the
impact you have on the community using our social media sources and web site as
much as possible.
All applications for 2019 funding are due to the United Way office by Friday,
May 4, 2018.
