According to William Hill, Director of Campus Safety and Security at Lincoln
College, the program was organized to recognize that solutions to today’s
complicated and often dangerous issues must begin with responsible citizenship.
According to Hill, responsible citizenship requires recognizing one's
accountability to a larger community by acting responsibly, respectfully and
with integrity, while managing one's actions, decisions, and behaviors.
Lunch will be served to those attending the launch.
