Holmes named April Senior of the Month at Mount Pulaski High School

[May 07, 2018] MOUNT
PULASKI - Bayley Holmes, daughter of Crystal Holmes of
Chestnut, has been named April Senior of the month at Mount Pulaski
High School. She was selected for this honor based on the criteria
of scholarship, leadership, service, and character.

Bayley
has been actively involved in numerous organizations during her time
at MPHS. She has been a member of FCCLA, National Honor Society,
Science Olympiad, WYSE, Student Council, Spanish Club, Spirit Squad,
and a member of the cheerleading squad.
Bayley has also maintained a strong GPA during her high school
years. She has been on Honor Roll every semester during her high
school career. She was also named English 3 student of the year her
junior year.

Bayley plans to attend Illinois State University in the fall and
major in business.
The Senior of the Month program is sponsored by Johnson True Value Hardware and
Conaway Handyman Service. Monthly award winners receive a $100 award paid to the
college they plan to attend. They are also in the running for the $500
Senior-of-the-Year award sponsored by Illinois National Bank.
