LTEC Building Trades to show newly built home at Open House on May 10th

 

[May 09, 2018]  LINCOLN - The Lincoln Technical Education Center is excited to announce this year’s Building Trades “Open House” on May 10, 2018 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Please come out and support our students, under the direction of Mr. Justin Dietrich, in their successful construction of a new home at 1702 Pekin Street, Lincoln, Illinois. Refreshments will be served.

This new home on a corner lot offers a beautiful open concept living space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house also features a two car garage and outside storage building. Refrigerator, stove, and microwave are included.

This house is for sale by “sealed bid.” If you are interested, please submit your sealed bid to the Lincoln Community High School District Office, attention Robert Bagby, Superintendent.

All sealed bids must meet the minimum reserve of $96,000. The sealed bids will be opened at 8 am on May 20th with the highest bidder offered the home.
