Obituary
Helen M. Clenin, 62, of Lincoln,
passed away on April 30, 2018 at Memorial Medical
Center in Springfield.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on
Saturday, May 5, 2018, from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00
p.m. in the pavilion in the Atlanta Park, located at
SW 7th Street between Race and Vine Streets. Mr.
Ryan Edgecombe will lead a prayer service at 11:00
a.m.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
Helen Marie Clenin was born on November 3, 1955, in
California, Missour,i the daughter of Warner Edward
and Dorothy May Renfrow Clenin.

She is survived by her children:
Taplia W. (Tina) Clenin and Gretchen (Bill) Simmons,
both of Lincoln; one sister: Anna Clapp of Lincoln;
two brothers: Randy Clenin of California, Missouri,
and Samuel Joseph Clenin of Campbellsville,
Kentucky; three grandchildren: Samatha Clenin, Lexy
Raffa and Sean Raffa; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three
brothers.
Helen was of the Christian faith. She was last
employed at Franklin County School district in
Missouri.
Peasley Funeral Home is assisting the family with
arrangements.
