at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield. |

from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Obituary
George "Porge" R. Ireland, 50 , of
Lincoln, passed away on Sunday, April 29, 2018, at
Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.
A Celebration of his Life will be held on Sunday,
May 6, 2018, at the Eagles Lodge in Lincoln, from
2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
George Russell Ireland was born October 11, 1967, in
Lincoln, the son of George Harold and Elois June
Dinger Fishburn. He was united in marriage with
Yvette Sykes on October 31, 2012. She survives.

Also surviving are his parents of
Beason; his children: Joshua Owens, Autumn Owens,
Stormie Owens, and Summer Ireland; grandchildren:
Gavin Gorse, Khloe Owens, Zoey Owens, Carter
Stevenson, Cameron Stevenson, Alannah Digar, Merlin
Digar, Harmony Crail, and Luna Crail; and his
siblings: John Ireland, Tina Ireland, Harold
Fishburn, and Mark (Yvonne) Fishburn.
George was preceded in death by one grandson: Mason
Gorse.
Memorials may be made to his family.
Peasley Funeral Home is assisting the family with
