MOUNT
PULASKI - Jaden Elliott, daughter of Jennifer Brown of Mount
Pulaski, has been named May - Senior-of-the-month at Mount Pulaski
High School. She was selected for this honor based on the criteria
of scholarship, leadership, service, and character.

Jaden
has been actively involved in numerous organizations during her time
at MPHS. She was a member of Art Club (she served as vice
president), Spanish Club (she was an officer), and Student Council
where she served as vice president for the 2017-18 school year. She
is also a member of the National Honor Society.
Jaden has named an Art student of the year her freshman and senior
year. She was also a Legacy Group leader.
Jaden plans to attend Lincoln Land Community College and later
transfer to a university. She is currently planning to major in
counseling.

The Senior-of-the-Month program is sponsored by Johnson True
Value Hardware and Conaway Handyman Service. Monthly award winners receive a
$100 award paid to the college they plan to attend. They are also in the running
for the $500 Senior-of-the-Year award sponsored by Illinois National Bank.
