[May 17, 2018]  MOUNT PULASKI - Erna Henrichsmeyer, 102, passed away at Vonderlieth Living Center in Mount Pulaski at 6:10 a.m. on May 12, 2018.

Graveside Service: 10:00 a.m. Wednesday May 16, 2018 at Mount Pulaski Cemetery. Mom was a country woman so casual dress will be perfect.

Obituary

Erna Henrichsmeyer, 102, passed away at Vonderlieth Living Center in Mount Pulaski at 6:10 a.m. on May 12, 2018.

Erna was born on February 9, 1916 in St. Peter, IL; daughter of Edward and Anna (Hassebrock) Michel. She married Elmer Henrichsmeyer in 1936 at Zion Lutheran Church in Mount Pulaski. He preceded her in death in January 1976.

She is survived by her children: Marilyn (Larry) Gerardot of Mount Pulaski, Nancy (Ralph) Bree of Lincoln, Melvin (Pepper) Henrichsmeyer of Mount Pulaski, and Delores (Jim) Vandevender of Mount Pulaski; one daughter-in-law: Donna Henrichsmeyer of Lincoln; one sister-in-law: Helen Henrichsmeyer of Mount Pulaski; ten grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, two daughters: Mary Lou and Shirley Jean, two sons: Harold and Richard, two granddaughters: Darla and Yvonne, one son-in-law: Jim, one brother: Leroy, and one sister: Doris Jean.

Erna was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Mount Pulaski.

Graveside services for Erna will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday May 16, 2018 at Mount Pulaski Cemetery with Rev. Jonathan Buescher officiating.

Memorials may be made in Erna’s name to Zion Lutheran Church or Zion Lutheran School.

Services are entrusted to Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mount Pulaski.
