On
Tuesday morning, Logan County Pheasants
Forever Chapter #894 hosted a Youth
Pheasant Hunt at the chapter hunt club
at Big Oak Hunting Paradise. The day
included safety talks on hunting with
pointing dogs, clay pigeon target
practice and a field hunt for roosters.
Lunch and all costs of the hunt were
provided by Logan County Pheasants
Forever.
Thanks to the 12 kids with their parents
who participated in the day. Also thanks
to FASTENAL in Lincoln for providing
drinking water, Paul Adams and Mark
Miller for bringing pointing dogs and
Greg Conrady and his staff for planting
birds and providing the clubhouse and
campfire for the kids and families to
enjoy the outdoors.
