Lincoln Youth Wrestling offers summer camp for experienced as well
as beginner wrestlers

What:
A youth camp for athletes K-8 interested in getting involved in the
sport of wrestling, or trying it out for the first time.
We will focus on:

Properly warming up and focus on “Tumbling Type” techniques

Fun
wrestling games that teach great athleticism

Basic wrestling technique
-
At
the end each night we will finish with fun team competitions.
This will be a great camp for ANY athletes looking to learn some
basic agility, balance and core-strength type of workouts, similar
to tumbling for young athletes. All Campers will receive a camp
t-shirt, and Gatorade and a snack at end of practice.

Where:
The High School Mat Room (behind the main gym)
When:
Monday, June 11- Thursday, June 14, 6-7:15 p.m.
Who:
Any athlete in K-8 grades, all youth wrestlers are invited as well,
this camp will focus on the introduction level of wrestling.
Cost:
$20 for all 4 nights, checks may be made out to Lincoln Wrestling.
