MOUNT PULASKI
This year's Mount
Pulaski Memorial Day special activities and services are planned.
On Saturday May 26th at 9 a.m., the Legion, VFW, Sons of the Legion,
members of Mount Pulaski Fire Department and Scouts will be placing
flags on the graves of all veterans and firemen. The public is
invited to help.
This is an opportunity for a family to place a flag on a loved one's
grave. Flags will be provided. If the flag holder is missing from
your loved one's grave, you may call 217-792-5928 to purchase a
replacement.
Memorial Day Services are planned at Mount Pulaski Cemetery for
Monday, May 28th, at 10 a.m.
During the services, there will be the wreath ceremony. Children are
asked to bring flowers and place them at the Memorial.
