Obituary
Noelle Martine Ritchhart, 78, passed
away at 12:07 a.m. on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at
Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital in Lincoln.
Noelle was born on February 19, 1940 in Metz,
France; daughter of Emile and Edmonde (Pierot)
LaCourt.
Noelle is survived by her children: Carrie (Sue
Payne) Darlington of Cumming, GA, Jack (Becky)
Darlington of Dallas, TX, Douglas (Danita) Harndon
of Houston, TX; daughter-in-law: Marsha Darlington
of Chatham, IL; son-in-law: Don Smith of Lincoln,
IL; five grandchildren: Ylonda Robinson, Amanda
Harndon, Nitashia Achas, Hannah Darlington, and Jade
Darlington and six great-grandchildren. |
She was preceded in death by her
parents, one son: Melvin Darlington Jr., one
daughter: Patti Smith, and two siblings: Claude and
Claudine.
Noelle retired from Lehn and Fink in Lincoln after
33 years. She was a member of Lincoln Christian
Church.
Services for Noelle will be held Thursday, November
8, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader
Funeral Home in Lincoln, with Ryan Edgecombe
officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to
service (5:00-6:00 p.m.). Memorials may be made in
Noelle’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association.
