Mikael Granlund scored the tiebreaking goal
with 12:17 to play in the third period as the Wild completed a
5-2-0 road swing.
Granlund's team-leading 10th goal was an unassisted tally. He
collected the puck in the slot and roofed a shot over Blues
goalie Chad Johnson.
The winning tally came on one of only three Minnesota shots on
goal in the first 17-plus minutes of the final period until the
Wild went on a power play.
Zach Parise and Joel Eriksson Ek scored during a 25-second span
of the second period for the Wild. It was the seventh of the
season for Parise and the first for Eriksson Ek.
Oskar Sundqvist and Alex Pietrangelo scored for the Blues.
Minnesota's Devan Dubnyk was credited with 29 saves. He stopped
all 12 St. Louis deliveries in the third period.
Johnson stopped 15 shots, facing only 10 after the first period.
St. Louis wrapped up a seven-game homestand with a 4-3-0 record.
