Obituary
Gertrud Harvey, 85, of Lincoln,
passed away on Thursday, November 1, 2018, at Copper
Creek Village in Lincoln.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on
Sunday, November 11, 2018, from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00
p.m. at 930 Pulaski Street in Lincoln. Cremation
Rites have been accorded.
Gertrud was born October 18, 1933, in Germany, the
daughter of Rudolph and Margarete Post Rau.
She was united in marriage with Ellery Harvey on
February 12, 1965. He preceded Gertrud in death
August 16, 2014.

She is survived by her children:
David Harvey, Karen (Ed) Morrow, Linda Carter, and
Tina (Frank) Gordon; eleven grandchildren; and
fifteen great-grandchildren.
Gertrud’s hobbies included sewing, baking, fishing,
and flower gardening.
Memorials may be made to Copper Creek Village.
Peasley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
